The course runs from 6pm-9pm and you will learn all about the art of making, rolling and of course tasting sushi.
Set in our fishmonger shop in the heart of Timperley village and hosted by Paul & Dan.

A full demonstration of making and creating the perfect paella.
The course looks at preparations, different shellfish products and their quality points, moves onto the cooking of the perfect dish, a few drinks and a social afternoon.
Price includes a glass of sangria and some nibbles on arrival & portion of paella

A brilliant way to spend a Saturday afternoon !
Arrival Spanish nibbles & a beer to begin with !
Moving onto a full demonstration of making and creating the perfect paella.
The course looks at preparations, different shellfish products and their quality points, moves onto the cooking of the perfect dish and includes a further 2 beers from Stubborn mule brewery to perfectly compliment the session.
Price includes 3 Stubborn mule beers, portion of paella with green salad, nibbles on arrival

Come and join us for the ultimate Italian style class.
The class begins with demonstration and creation of a pasta dough from scratch & the do's & don'ts when dealing with fresh pasta
Moving forward into the art of stuffing & filling with a variety of different filling types, varying different shapes & rolling techniques.
